If you have a habit of waiting for online business news shopping and exclusive sales, then you may have to face difficulties in the coming days. Indeed, the Modi Government has made e-commerce rules tough. Under the new rules, online retail companies like Amazon and Flipkart will not be able to sell the firm’s products in which they will have a stake. This means that online companies will only be able to sell the same product, in which they do not have any stake or role.

At the same time business news, according to the new rules, online companies will not be able to sell any product exclusively. It means that online companies like Flipkart or Amazon, which sell exclusively for mobile or other products, will no longer be able to benefit you. These rules will come into effect from 1st February 2019.

On behalf of business news the Commerce and Industry Ministry, it was said that online retail companies can not directly or indirectly affect prices of products and services and they have to keep the label playing field (giving the proper opportunity to everyone) on their platform. These services include fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, advertising, distribution, and payment. Simultaneously, the cashback given to buyers by companies should be fair and without discrimination.

Apart from this, online retailers will have to submit the auditor’s certificate to the Reserve Bank by September 30 every year and the company has followed all the rules. This decision has been taken after several complaints made by offline retailers. Let the retailers allege that online retailers are giving huge discounts, which harm their business.
